We offer on-demand interpreting services through our DayInterpreting platform with zero upfront costs or no setup charges. Our pricing model is flexible to work with your specific interpretation needs! We don’t bind you into contracts or minimum spend for our pay-as-you-go pricing. If you are a business that needs pay-as-you-go, buy prepaid credits from our dashboard and use them for the calls you make! For enterprise customers who need a NET30 account, we can set it up for you with zero setup costs.

Our billing is simple! We charge for every minute you spend with our interpreter and that's all we charge you for! No other hidden costs or minimums or fees! We offer two types of billing models:
  1. Prepaid Credits (suitable for individuals and businesses)

    1. Buy prepaid credits and use them for your calls whenever you make them.

    2. We charge per minute

For most of the common languages like Spanish we charge $1.50 per minute, the lowest in the industry for high quality professional on-demand interpreting services. Zero maintenance for your account + you get our free mobile app for all of your interpreting needs on the go!

We don’t charge any fee or enforce a monthly minimum for our pay-as-you-go prepaid interpreting services. You buy credits online from your dashboard and use them for your calls - charged per minute.

No! There's no expiry period for your prepaid credits. Keep them as long as you want. We do recommend buying enough credits so you don’t run out of credits during an important interpretation. We also have an auto recharge option that you can enable to ensure zero disruption during calls. Choose your own lower limit and your own recharge amount to set it up once.

Login to your dashboard and choose the auto-recharge options in the payments settings. Enter your payment details, choose your own lower limit and your own recharge amount to set it up once. If you are in a call when your remaining credits reaches your specified lower limit we will recharge your account with the amount you specified. No disruptions to calls! You will be notified by email for every single recharge and you can find your recharge history in your dashboard as well.

We offer free trial for businesses that may need a trial run before they sign up. Speak to our team about a free trial. We will have some questions for you before we can set up your customized free trial.

Your privacy is of utmost concern to us. We have controls in place to maintain the confidentiality of Customer Data in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Our servers are on Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) in the United States of America and protected by the security and environmental controls of Amazon. All our employees and contract personnel are bound by our internal policies regarding maintaining the confidentiality of Customer Data and are contractually obligated to comply with these obligations.

For enterprise customers who need a NET30 account, we can set it up for you. Contact our customer service team to discuss a contract for your enterprise. We can set up a multi-user account for unified billing for your whole team. For companies with a guaranteed volume of calls we offer our lowest prices in return for committed use for every language you choose to use. We can set up your contracts based on your needs.
